In the 11th minute, Thaddeus Morrow left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burien AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 15thth minute of the game Brice Lloyd who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MTZ Football Club's Tyson Brooks was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonardo Zapata kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Burien AFC's Steve Neely tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Brice Lloyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes MTZ Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Nick Butcher. If Brice Lloyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thaddeus Morrow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyson Brooks having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind MTZ Football Club's goalkeeper Tyson Brooks, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tyson Brooks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brice Lloyd in the 39th minute of the match. Tyson Brooks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddeus Morrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dexter Redmond to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Thaddeus Morrow had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tyson Brooks. MTZ Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thaddeus Morrow was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Tyson Brooks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddeus Morrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Brice Lloyd had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tyson Brooks. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brice Lloyd in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tyson Brooks saved MTZ Football Club from getting behind. Brice Lloyd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tyson Brooks read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leroy Hills during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Leroy Hills hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Devon Eckert acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fabian Roe. Tyson Brooks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brice Lloyd, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Brice Lloyd scored 5-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tyson Brooks, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tyson Brooks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thaddeus Morrow's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. MTZ Football Club's Tyson Brooks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brice Lloyd in the 87th minute of play. Tyson Brooks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brice Lloyd, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Tyson Brooks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Fugate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brice Lloyd in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tyson Brooks prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
