In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Vilseck's goalkeeper Wallace Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paxton AFC's Brendan McNeil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Glenn in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Stefan Stroud made a precise shot to the right of Brendan McNeil. Paxton AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jim Carter made a kick off. If Brant Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 minutes, Gilberto Glenn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Vilseck and the Paxton AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, FC Vilseck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Glenn to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Vilseck had played much better football throughout.
