Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Abe Medina started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Dade City getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Oren Lundy hit a great ball. If Abe Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abe Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Hanson was a little too slow when Oren Lundy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Dade City's zone, Abe Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronnie Kerns came out of the goal and Abe Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute Francesco Velasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Kerns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oren Lundy during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Dade City got a freekick which was hit by Oren Lundy. In the 43rd minute of the match Francesco Velasquez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronnie Kerns showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rene Hanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oren Lundy in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Little Elm FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oren Lundy came free, but Rene Hanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oren Lundy to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abe Medina in the 51st minute of play forced Dade City's goalkeeper Ronnie Kerns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Jeremy Greene managed to get in a good position for a shot. Little Elm FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremy Greene was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronnie Kerns breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abe Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronnie Kerns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abe Medina in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dade City's zone, Abe Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronnie Kerns came out of the goal and Abe Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Hanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oren Lundy in the 64th minute of the match. Jeremy Greene did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Ronnie Kerns 69 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Dade City's Reggie Garrett got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Ronnie Kerns was a little too slow when Abe Medina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 2-2. Abe Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Little Elm FC's Abe Medina got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremy Greene blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronnie Kerns having to make a save. Abe Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Oren Lundy was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. After 92 played minutes Dade City got a freekick which was hit by Oren Lundy. Jeremy Greene recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Little Elm FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
