Christopher Cope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Wesley, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Reggie Emery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teddy Donaldson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reggie Bowles's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Messibeast's Darin Lacy got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christopher Cope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Wesley in the 33rd minute of the match. When Messibeast's Enrique Priest in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pima FC's goalie prevented a goal. Christopher Cope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Wesley in the 37th minute of play. Sonny Wesley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Cope having to interfere.

The wind increased when Sonny Wesley made the kick off in the second half. Teddy Donaldson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reggie Emery, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Darin Lacy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reggie Emery in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teddy Donaldson saved Messibeast from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Emery in the 69th minute of play forced Messibeast's goalkeeper Teddy Donaldson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Darin Lacy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Messibeast's supporters rose to their feet, but Darin Lacy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Cope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 73 minutes, Sonny Wesley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Messibeast and the Pima FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Messibeast getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Sonny Wesley hit a great ball. When Reggie Bowles came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Pima FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reggie Bowles couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Pima FC's Teddy Donaldson threw himself towards the right post 98 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Reggie Emery, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 98 minutes into the game, Reggie Emery cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Teddy Donaldson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pima FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
