Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Cory Helms received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Josh McGee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Edmundo Oakley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josh McGee came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Bellingham Dolphins's Cory Helms. But to his dismay, Cory Helms quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ben Manning struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. German Shockley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLC FC. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bellingham Dolphins's goalkeeper German Shockley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Ben Manning ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. German Shockley was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 27 played minutes SLC FC got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Deal. Edmundo Oakley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Napoleon Lloyd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bellingham Dolphins's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SLC FC the free kick. After 41 played minutes Bellingham Dolphins got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Lloyd. After having played for 42 minutes, Ben Manning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLC FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Manning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Shockley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Manning in the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 55 played minutes SLC FC got a freekick which was hit by Tyrone Friend. After recieving a nice pass, Bellingham Dolphins's Andre Matthews tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Walton Ring could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but German Shockley made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Mathis during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Armando Mathis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Walton Ring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garry Gaston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Shockley having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Pat Pryor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the game, Walton Ring cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. German Shockley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pat Pryor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josh McGee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Josh McGee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Oakley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th match minute, Bellingham Dolphins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Oakley to maneuver through the defense.
