In the 23rd minute, Joe Atwood got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Edgewater SC's Joe Atwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joshua Dugan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Joe Atwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jamal Barrett kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Bannister stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jospeh Farr kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. When Jamal Barrett came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Edgewater SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jamal Barrett couldn't finish the play. When the match had been going on for 62 minutes Clint Person shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Joshua Dugan when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. If Clint Person had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lions of Quenns's zone, Joe Atwood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joshua Dugan came out of the goal and Joe Atwood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 played minutes Edgewater SC got a freekick which was hit by Timothy Irwin. After 72 played minutes Edgewater SC got a freekick which was hit by Timothy Irwin. In the 74th minute, Lamar Weaver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Lions of Quenns's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Clint Person fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 82 minutes into the match, Lions of Quenns's goalkeeper Joshua Dugan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timothy Irwin. Joshua Dugan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Atwood in the 84th minute of the match. Timothy Irwin kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Owen Crain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Bannister, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Joe Atwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgewater SC played a much better game than Lions of Quenns and deserved their victory. The Lions of Quenns players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
