Toby Bradford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Kapaa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Waldron came free, but Toby Bradford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Darell Woodruff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toby Bradford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hans Humphries came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Kapaa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Humphries couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Humphries in the 21st minute of play forced Canadian's goalkeeper Shannon Zapata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Canadian's zone, Hans Humphries stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shannon Zapata came out of the goal and Hans Humphries tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shannon Zapata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Humphries in the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Canadian's zone, Malcolm Tanner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shannon Zapata came out of the goal and Malcolm Tanner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Darell Woodruff hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Ollie Muniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Toby Bradford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darell Woodruff, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Kapaa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Darell Woodruff came free, but Toby Bradford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Humphries made a kick off. Derick Law kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Darell Woodruff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Kapaa AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Darell Woodruff fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Ollie Muniz came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Canadian fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ollie Muniz couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Malcolm Tanner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Darell Woodruff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toby Bradford having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arturo Calhoun during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Kapaa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Calhoun to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Kiser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Canadian booed when Kapaa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keith Alden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ollie Muniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toby Bradford having to interfere. Malcolm Tanner took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shannon Zapata. Shannon Zapata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rosario Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Freddy Kiser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toby Bradford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kapaa AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Canadian for a fine match.
