After recieving a nice pass, Juve 17's Hugo Chambers tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Orville Baggett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 25th match minute, HTX ASTRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Suggs to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Chambers didn't quite understand what happened when in the 27 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Caleb Lowry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orville Baggett having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Joe Villa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orville Baggett. Juve 17's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joe Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Preston Thomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Duane Joyce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Juve 17's zone, Caleb Lowry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orville Baggett came out of the goal and Caleb Lowry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Arroyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HTX ASTRO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juve 17 the free kick. A collision led to HTX ASTRO getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Rigoberto Arroyo hit a great ball. If Preston Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joe Villa made a kick off. After 54 played minutes HTX ASTRO got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Chamberlain. When Antoine Kearney came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Juve 17 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antoine Kearney couldn't finish the play. When HTX ASTRO's Joe Villa in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juve 17's goalie prevented a goal. Tory Moon charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tory Moon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Caleb Lowry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Orville Baggett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caleb Lowry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joe Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. HTX ASTRO were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after Juve 17's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bronson Gordon took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antoine Kearney during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. HTX ASTRO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
