Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ed Alfaro took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Reuben Quintero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Trey Young. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Jospeh Malone kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Dundee's goalkeeper Trey Young, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matthew Vigil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ed Alfaro in the 10th minute of play. With his leg Trey Young managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when C.A. Román Riquelme's Malcolm McGrath fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. C.A. Román Riquelme's Matthew Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Alfaro in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to West Dundee getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Douglass Minton hit a great ball. Reuben Quintero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Norman McCloud hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Malcolm McGrath lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Trey Young. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglass Minton in the 40th minute of play forced C.A. Román Riquelme's goalkeeper Matthew Vigil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. West Dundee's Trey Young proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save West Dundee from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Malcolm McGrath stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Douglass Minton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Matthew Vigil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute of the match Alfred Fisher shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Trey Young showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. C.A. Román Riquelme's Malcolm McGrath got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trey Young didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reuben Quintero went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 69 minutes, Malcolm McGrath managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Román Riquelme's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malcolm McGrath was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Malcolm McGrath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm McGrath in the 73rd minute of play forced West Dundee's goalkeeper Trey Young to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Reuben Quintero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. The referee showed Young Farmer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of West Dundee booed when C.A. Román Riquelme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Young Farmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, C.A. Román Riquelme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wade Hendrickson to maneuver through the defense. Malcolm McGrath received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Trey Young tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Malcolm McGrath got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A. Román Riquelme had played much better football throughout.
