Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abdul Taylor started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Tybee FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Taylor came free, but Mohammad Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Walter Fairchild fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tybee FC's protests and gave Walter Fairchild a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Walter Fairchild hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohammad Montoya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdul Taylor's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kirby Medrano in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohammad Montoya saved Tybee FC from getting behind. When Barre FC's Kirby Medrano in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tybee FC's goalie prevented a goal. Kirby Medrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Mohammad Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdul Taylor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohammad Montoya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Jay Kirkpatrick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th match minute, Barre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilbert Wade to maneuver through the defense. If Stephan Kraft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirby Medrano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tybee FC's Stephan Kraft in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barre FC's goalie prevented a goal. Barre FC's Luke Nunez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Barre FC from getting a goal against them. Stephan Kraft received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luke Nunez came out and tried to block the shot, but Stephan Kraft slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 29th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Barre FC's goalkeeper Luke Nunez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jay Kirkpatrick. After 46 minutes, Derick Villegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barre FC and the Tybee FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes Barre FC got a freekick which was hit by Derick Villegas. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Derick Villegas kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barre FC's Abdul Taylor got a free kick in the 55th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Tybee FC's Russell Coleman tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Tybee FC's goalkeeper Mohammad Montoya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kirby Medrano. Jay Kirkpatrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Luke Nunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tybee FC defense, Kirby Medrano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mohammad Montoya. The Tybee FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mohammad Montoya should have stopped the shot. Mohammad Montoya made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Kirby Medrano sent off a good shot on target. When Abdul Taylor came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Barre FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdul Taylor couldn't finish the play. Stephan Kraft fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Nunez having to interfere. Luke Nunez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jay Kirkpatrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Jay Kirkpatrick scored 2-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luke Nunez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jay Kirkpatrick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
