Spectators: 7750 (Terracing: 5814, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Tupper Lake's Jonas Tracy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jerseyville's goalkeeper Hector Soto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tupper Lake's Henrikki Sorsamäki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derrick Whitmore in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jerseyville's Garth Guillory got a free kick in the 8th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Tupper Lake's Damian Stout tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Tracy in the 14th minute of play forced Jerseyville's goalkeeper Hector Soto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tupper Lake's zone, Derrick Whitmore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrikki Sorsamäki came out of the goal and Derrick Whitmore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jason Bloom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andre Castillo De Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 played minutes Jerseyville got a freekick which was hit by Emery Libby. Tupper Lake's Jonas Tracy got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Todd Blanco got free with Henrikki Sorsamäki in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Todd Blanco took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Henrikki Sorsamäki to make any attempt to save it. 1-2 became the score in the 47th minute when Jason Bloom elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Derrick Whitmore to strike the kick off in the second half. Hector Soto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Tracy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tupper Lake booed when Jerseyville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blaine Gillespie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Jonas Tracy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hector Soto, 1-3. Hector Soto was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Jonas Tracy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonas Tracy really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. After 65 played minutes Tupper Lake got a freekick which was hit by Andre Castillo De Reyes. 68 minutes into the game, one of Tupper Lake:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Blaine Gillespie placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jason Blooms short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Hector Soto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Henrikki Sorsamäki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derrick Whitmore in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Tupper Lake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Castillo De Reyes to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Tupper Lake's goal looked a bit too open when Todd Blanco came free, but Henrikki Sorsamäki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jason Bloom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Soto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoff Beckman, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Jason Bloom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Soto having to interfere. If Jason Bloom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Geoff Beckman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jason Bloom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Hector Soto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
