Spectators: 7746 (Terracing: 5811, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Travis Burks made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 4 minutes, Ken Hartman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlanta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ken Hartman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lee Macias's late challenge caught a Atlanta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lee Macias helped the player get up and apologised. Lee Macias kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ken Hartman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Ken Hartman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bayou Twisters's Alexander Kohler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Atlanta FC's Rolf Dozier in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayou Twisters's goalie prevented a goal. Ed Simpson charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 21st match minute, Bayou Twisters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilmer Goss to maneuver through the defense. After 26 minutes, Murray Gordon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlanta FC and the Bayou Twisters players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute, Murray Gordon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Hartman in the 32nd minute of play forced Bayou Twisters's goalkeeper Alexander Kohler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Bayou Twisters's Travis Burks dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Bayou Twisters's Alexander Kohler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Dozier in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Silas Zaragoza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bayou Twisters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 63 minutes, Ken Hartman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ed Simpson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Alexander Kohler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ken Hartman might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Kohler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ken Hartman ran back to his position shaking his head. If Rolf Dozier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murray Gordon hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bailey Hancock during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
