Frankie Horner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dallas Bonner got free with Garry Vasquez in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, LV Toros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jayson Bernard came free, but Hector Ritter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Frankie Horner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yountville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frankie Horner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yountville AFC's Garry Vasquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Yountville AFC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, LV Toros FC's Timmy McMillian got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 39 played minutes Yountville AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hal Vaughan. In the 43rd minute of the match Charlton Dewitt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hector Ritter skillfully saved the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Frankie Horner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Hector Ritter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frankie Horner to make the kick off. Garry Vasquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dallas Bonner in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yountville AFC's goalkeeper Garry Vasquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frankie Horner in the 77th minute of play forced LV Toros FC's goalkeeper Hector Ritter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duncan Nixon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Garry Vasquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hal Vaughan kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Garry Vasquez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dallas Bonner went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Frankie Horner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yountville AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frankie Horner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Ritter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frankie Horner struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Hector Ritter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yountville AFC. Yountville AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
