Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmund Bernstein took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Mobridge AFC's Casper West got control of the ball when Emery Stern tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Edmund Bernstein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mobridge AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Bernstein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th match minute, Skyline View was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willie Solomon to maneuver through the defense. Brady King hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Edmund Bernstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brady King fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Del Macias having to interfere. A collision led to Skyline View getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Willie Solomon hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Skyline View's zone, Brady King stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Del Macias came out of the goal and Brady King tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emery Stern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Casper West made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Emery Stern ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casper West was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 24th match minute, Skyline View was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitch Merritt to maneuver through the defense. Del Macias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brady King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Skyline View getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Willie Solomon hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Willie Solomon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skyline View's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mobridge AFC the free kick. In the 29th minute, Willie Solomon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brady King fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Del Macias having to interfere. Del Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Bernstein in the 33rd minute of the match. Del Macias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brady King went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Skyline View's zone, Edmund Bernstein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Del Macias came out of the goal and Edmund Bernstein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Edmund Bernstein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Del Macias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brady King in the 44th minute of play. Del Macias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmund Bernstein's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Skyline View's zone, Brady King stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Del Macias came out of the goal and Brady King tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Willie Solomon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilbert Blanton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Skyline View's zone, Brady King stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Del Macias came out of the goal and Brady King tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Skyline View's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edmund Bernstein 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. In the 63rd minute, Skyline View's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Brady King fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 67th minute, Brady King got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brady King got free with Del Macias in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Emery Stern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76th minute, Gilbert Blanton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casper West was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 79 minutes into the game, Mitch Merritt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skyline View's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mobridge AFC the free kick. If Edmund Bernstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skyline View's Del Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Bernstein in the 86th minute of play. Brady King could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Del Macias made a huge save. When Mitch Merritt was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. The supporters of Mobridge AFC booed when Skyline View was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitch Merritt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Bernstein struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Del Macias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mobridge AFC. In the 97th minute, Skyline View's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Brady King fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Skyline View succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mobridge AFC had controlled the match.
