Spectators: 7784 (Terracing: 5839, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 155) Westminster South FC's Edmundo Travis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Austin Sinclair in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eddie Cameron saved Westminster South FC from getting behind. Sterling Strong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Austin Sinclair's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eddie Cameron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Westminster South FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carson Rector to maneuver through the defense. La Scaloneta FC's Austin Sinclair got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Young Oakley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Travis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnson Mercer having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Westminster South FC's zone, Sterling Strong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eddie Cameron came out of the goal and Sterling Strong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Travis in the 30th minute of play forced La Scaloneta FC's goalkeeper Johnson Mercer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Sterling Strong got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sterling Strong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Cameron having to interfere. Eddie Cameron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Austin Sinclair in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Sterling Strong made a precise shot to the right of Eddie Cameron. Westminster South FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Austin Sinclair made the kick off in the second half. Eddie Cameron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Austin Sinclair in the 56th minute of play. Eddie Cameron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Austin Sinclair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Sterling Strong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Westminster South FC's Eddie Cameron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Austin Sinclair in the 64th minute of play. Eddie Cameron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Austin Sinclair, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Eddie Cameron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Goldstein in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Nelson Garza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Cameron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eddie Cameron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daron Byrd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes Westminster South FC got a freekick which was hit by Carson Rector. Austin Sinclair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Eddie Cameron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Westminster South FC's goal looked a bit too open when Austin Sinclair came free, but Eddie Cameron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eddie Cameron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Austin Sinclair, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. La Scaloneta FC fully deserved thier win.
