Craig Keen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Thomas Mosher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Catrasca Fulbo Clú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max MacWilliams to maneuver through the defense. August's Thomas Mosher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Craig Keen in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Max MacWilliams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Mosher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kraig Pate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Jarrett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lyle Ratliff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lyle Ratliff kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dean Whalen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Dean Whalen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kraig Pate. The goal made the score 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dean Whalen in the 59th minute of play forced Catrasca Fulbo Clú's goalkeeper Kraig Pate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Mosher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Craig Keen, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Craig Keen struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Thomas Mosher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catrasca Fulbo Clú. Lyle Ratliff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kraig Pate made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Ford in the 76th minute. Thomas Mosher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Craig Keen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, August's Lyle Ratliff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kraig Pate narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
