Vince Luther took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Kelley. Santiago Kelley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thrives FC's goalkeeper Santiago Kelley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Fernando Malone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vince Luther recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlo Rosa's late challenge caught a Mohnton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlo Rosa helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Thrives FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! After 35 minutes of play, Mohnton's Travis Quintero made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Kelley was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vince Luther fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Kelley having to interfere. Santiago Kelley was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fernando Malone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 40 minute of play. Santiago Kelley made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Vince Luther sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Fernando Malone made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Thrives FC's zone, Fernando Malone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Kelley came out of the goal and Fernando Malone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Malone in the 54th minute of play forced Thrives FC's goalkeeper Santiago Kelley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sammy Rodriquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vince Luther had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sammy Rodriquez struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Tyrone Kenny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thrives FC. Thrives FC's Santiago Kelley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Malone in the 67th minute of play. Vince Luther took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Kelley. Santiago Kelley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Thrives FC's Santiago Kelley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Malone in the 76th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Fernando Malone made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Kelley. Thrives FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Mohnton's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
