Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Billy Dale started the match with the kick off. Walter Sampson kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Bob Langford was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerald Heller showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Stacey Shaver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bennett Billings tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Black Stars got a freekick which was hit by Walter Sampson. Bob Langford was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Trevor Wills capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Trevor Wills really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Dallas Cowboys booed when Black Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Sampson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Billy Dale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dallas Cowboys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Billy Dale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Billy Dale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennett Billings having to interfere. Black Stars's Bennett Billings played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Dale in the 31st minute of play. Billy Dale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bennett Billings tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Dustin Connolly made a precise shot to the right of Bennett Billings. Black Stars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Bennett Billings came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Dallas Cowboys's Billy Dale. But to his dismay, Billy Dale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Billy Dale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bennett Billings tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dustin Connolly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Dale in the 48th minute of play forced Black Stars's goalkeeper Bennett Billings to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerald Heller to make the kick off. When Leonard Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dallas Cowboys's protests and gave Leonard Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. After 51 played minutes Dallas Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Marquez. After a rather tough play, Black Stars's Bronson Barrett got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Billy Dale came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Dallas Cowboys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Dale couldn't finish the play. Black Stars's Bennett Billings proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Black Stars from getting a goal against them. Bennett Billings showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francis Redmond, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd minute, Francis Redmond left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dallas Cowboys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Francis Redmond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Black Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lee Gregory to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Francis Redmond reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bennett Billings. The goal made the score 2-4. Anthony Pitts kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, Black Stars's Bennett Billings got control of the ball when Dustin Connolly tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Black Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Dale came free, but Bennett Billings reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bob Langford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trevor Wills in the 95th minute of play. Stacey Shaver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennett Billings having to interfere. When the match was over Dallas Cowboys could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Black Stars throughout the match.
