Elkhorn's Felipe Coronado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aidan Garrison in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Elkhorn getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Moises Huggins hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Everett Bruner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Coronado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aidan Garrison in the 13th minute of play forced Elkhorn's goalkeeper Felipe Coronado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elkhorn's Felipe Coronado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everett Bruner in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Aidan Garrison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Man United F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Aidan Garrison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Coronado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, Elkhorn's goal looked a bit too open when Heriberto Tapia came free, but Felipe Coronado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Logan Stockton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jessie Carney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Man United F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Logan Stockton came free, but Jessie Carney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Elkhorn's Harvey Bloom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Aidan Garrison's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Coronado was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elkhorn's goalkeeper Felipe Coronado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jared Cody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute Aidan Garrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Coronado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harvey Bloom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Heriberto Tapia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felipe Coronado having to make a save. 55 minutes into the match, Elkhorn's goalkeeper Felipe Coronado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aidan Garrison. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darius Hills during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Darius Hills hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Elkhorn's Junior Curran broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 62nd minute Logan Stockton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jessie Carney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heriberto Tapia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Coronado having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Aidan Garrison in the 66th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Everett Bruner kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Felipe Coronado didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 78th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Aidan Garrison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jared Cody in the 91st minute of play forced Man United F.C's goalkeeper Jessie Carney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Logan Stockton hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. A hard shot 96 in the game by Aidan Garrison from a close distance when the talented Felipe Coronado managed to make a qualified save. Elkhorn's players were relieved.
