Douglas Ibarra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wallace Page read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Dexter Jernigan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sid Haskins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Douglas Ibarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Ibarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wallace Page having to interfere. Dexter Jernigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sid Haskins having to interfere. Sid Haskins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxwell Tyler's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. If Carson Marrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sid Haskins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dexter Jernigan in the 25th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Springfield FC's zone, Douglas Ibarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wallace Page came out of the goal and Douglas Ibarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Springfield FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Emilio McFadden hit a great ball. Wallace Page took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carson Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ROCHES fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when ROCHES's Douglas Ibarra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 35 minutes into the match, ROCHES's Henry Cote sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wallace Page narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maxwell Tyler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sid Haskins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dwayne Theilacker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Wallace Page made a huge save. After 43 minutes, Evan Doty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Springfield FC and the ROCHES players grew even worse after the yellow card. Evan Doty kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. A collision led to ROCHES getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Pascal Varner hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When ROCHES's Carson Marrero in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Springfield FC's goalie prevented a goal. Dexter Jernigan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dexter Jernigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sid Haskins having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Sam Massey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ROCHES and the Springfield FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sam Massey hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Springfield FC's Maxwell Tyler managed to work through ROCHES's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Maxwell Tyler dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After some careless play in the ROCHES defense, Dexter Jernigan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sid Haskins. The ROCHES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sid Haskins should have stopped the shot. Douglas Ibarra struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Wallace Page didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROCHES. When ROCHES's Carson Marrero in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Springfield FC's goalie prevented a goal. Dwayne Theilacker kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Maxwell Tyler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Douglas Ibarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROCHES's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Ibarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wallace Page breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Springfield FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
