Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lenny Farmer kicked off to start the match. Brock Ruffin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25th play minutes Scotty Hargrove shot 3-0, a short shot which went by C.J. Joseph and just under the crossbar into goal. 28 minutes into the match, Samson AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lenny Farmer came free, but Russ Thurman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Scotty Hargrove who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Blancos's C.J. Joseph was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Los Blancos's Pete Sutherland got a free kick in the 34th minute. Rueben McCormick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without C.J. Joseph having to interfere. If Scotty Hargrove had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rdth minute of the game Scotty Hargrove who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Blancos's C.J. Joseph was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samson AFC were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Los Blancos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kirk Hearn took the corner. Steve Weston was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Steve Weston fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samson AFC's protests and gave Steve Weston a yellow card for diving instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Scotty Hargrove was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Moises Calvert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Blancos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samson AFC the free kick. When Scotty Hargrove came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Samson AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Scotty Hargrove couldn't finish the play. Rueben McCormick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. C.J. Joseph tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Rueben McCormick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but C.J. Joseph saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pete Sutherland during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rueben McCormick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brock Ruffin got free with Russ Thurman in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Scotty Hargrove's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but C.J. Joseph read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Scotty Hargrove recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Scotty Hargrove's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but C.J. Joseph was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. C.J. Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scotty Hargrove in the 82nd minute of play. C.J. Joseph stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Scotty Hargrove's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rueben McCormick in the 86th minute of play forced Los Blancos's goalkeeper C.J. Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Rueben McCormick put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of C.J. Joseph. Samson AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
