Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Milton Higgins started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Trenton Shepard dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Raphael Wilson, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Donny Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wyckoff's supporters rose to their feet, but Donny Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael Wilson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramon Aldrich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Winfred Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raphael Wilson made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Donny Vela sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Nick Duncan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winfred Berger in the 18th minute of play forced Wyckoff's goalkeeper Ramon Aldrich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lamar Tomlinson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Donny Vela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Raphael Wilson made a huge save. Nick Duncan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Raphael Wilson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Port Carbon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Len Spaulding to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Milton Higgins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Wilson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milton Higgins scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raphael Wilson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ramon Aldrich didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terence Stapleton went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Trenton Shepard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Donny Vela reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raphael Wilson. The goal made the score 3-1. If Nick Duncan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Terence Stapleton made the kick off in the second half. Trenton Shepard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milton Higgins in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raphael Wilson saved Port Carbon FC from getting behind. Winfred Berger's late challenge caught a Wyckoff's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Winfred Berger helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Port Carbon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Winfred Berger to maneuver through the defense. Wyckoff were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Port Carbon FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Milton Higgins took the corner. Wyckoff's Milton Higgins was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Raphael Wilson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Vela in the 62nd minute of play forced Port Carbon FC's goalkeeper Raphael Wilson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Milton Higgins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raphael Wilson was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Raphael Wilson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Duncan in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Milton Higgins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raphael Wilson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Winfred Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ramon Aldrich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramon Aldrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terence Stapleton in the 74th minute of the match. Milton Higgins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raphael Wilson having to make a save. The supporters of Wyckoff booed when Port Carbon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terence Stapleton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Port Carbon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Vela came free, but Raphael Wilson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raphael Wilson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Vela in the 89th minute of play. If Milton Higgins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nick Duncan might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raphael Wilson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nick Duncan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th match minute, Wyckoff was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Espinoza to maneuver through the defense. Winfred Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Aldrich having to interfere.
