Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dexter Kauffman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dallas FC's Danial Hackett shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 6th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Russ Thurman but with some difficulty. Rueben McCormick scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tyrell Coles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tyrell Coles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rueben McCormick, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Dexter Kauffman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Russ Thurman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russ Thurman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dexter Kauffman in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rueben McCormick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tyrell Coles was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Ramon Brower could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Russ Thurman made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Scotty Hargrove notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Dallas FC's Tyrell Coles. Tyrell Coles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Rueben McCormick came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Samson AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rueben McCormick couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Dallas FC's zone, Rueben McCormick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tyrell Coles came out of the goal and Rueben McCormick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rueben McCormick came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Samson AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rueben McCormick couldn't finish the play. After 45 minutes, Sal Clayton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samson AFC and the Dallas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Dallas FC booed when Samson AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sal Clayton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Scotty Hargrove was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Samson AFC's Sal Clayton made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tyrell Coles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Scotty Hargrove sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Dallas FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Marcos Scott hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Kirk Hearn sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyrell Coles skillfully saved the ball. Marcos Bradshaw charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Bradshaw the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Scotty Hargrove had several of the Dallas FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Tyrell Coles as he didn't even see the shot coming. 73 minutes into the match, Dallas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Scotty Hargrove came free, but Tyrell Coles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dallas FC's Tyrell Coles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scotty Hargrove in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Samson AFC's Scotty Hargrove ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tyrell Coles. Tyrell Coles yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 83 minutes, Scotty Hargrove mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samson AFC and the Dallas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Samson AFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Scotty Hargrove hit a great ball. Tyrell Coles made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Rueben McCormick sent off a good shot on target. Jesus Lyons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dallas FC's Marcos Scott got a free kick in the 90th minute. With an all-out effort, Samson AFC's Tyrell Coles threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Scotty Hargrove, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rueben McCormick's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Tyrell Coles skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Samson AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
