The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sol Guthrie during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Avery Posey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for James Reyna. Honeyfreaks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Reggie Tharp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. James Reyna didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when pandalove's Reggie Tharp shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Tharp in the 31st minute of play forced Honeyfreaks's goalkeeper James Reyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes pandalove got a freekick which was hit by Sol Guthrie. Honeyfreaks's Leonardo Dempsey couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for pandalove. In the 41st minute Reggie Tharp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but James Reyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maxwell Willoughby took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for James Reyna. Honeyfreaks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Myles Boyce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emerson Mora in the 46th minute. Myles Boyce was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tory Driver. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damien Hamm to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Mora in the 52nd minute of play forced pandalove's goalkeeper Myles Boyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Myles Boyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Mora, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Reggie Tharp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Honeyfreaks got a freekick which was hit by Damien Hamm. Reggie Tharp was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Reggie Tharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Honeyfreaks's goal looked a bit too open when Reggie Tharp came free, but James Reyna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st match minute, pandalove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reggie Tharp to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Honeyfreaks's goalkeeper James Reyna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reggie Tharp. Maxwell Willoughby took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for James Reyna. Honeyfreaks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. James Reyna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reggie Tharp's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. When pandalove's Reggie Tharp in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
