Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 4900, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Asher Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevor Marin having to interfere. Trevor Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asher Oliver in the 6th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Asher Oliver's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trevor Marin was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Baca in the 17th minute of play forced Devoto Shores FC's goalkeeper Trevor Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Baca scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trevor Marin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Devoto Shores FC's Trevor Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asher Oliver in the 21st minute of play. When Lombriga FC's Ahmed Baca in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Devoto Shores FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Devoto Shores FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Raul Swenson hit a great ball. Trevor Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Baca in the 36th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmed Baca in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trevor Marin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Asher Oliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lombriga FC's zone, Weldon Henry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Boudreaux came out of the goal and Weldon Henry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmed Baca to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Lombriga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everett Mosley to maneuver through the defense. Raul Swenson hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Lombriga FC's Zachary Fletcher shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Trevor Marin but with some difficulty. Asher Oliver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Trevor Marin made a huge save. Asher Oliver struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Trevor Marin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lombriga FC. In the 73rd minute, Ahmed Baca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Trevor Marin. The goal made the score 0-2. Asher Oliver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asher Oliver struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Trevor Marin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lombriga FC. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Kristofer Marshall with Raul Swenson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A hard shot by Trevor Griggs from long distance, 87 minutes into the match, got Trevor Marin's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 88th match minute, Devoto Shores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Trevor Marin made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Asher Oliver sent off a good shot on target. The Devoto Shores FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lombriga FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
