After a defensive mix-up in Attalla's zone, Jarvis Pham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. DeMarcus Schaefer came out of the goal and Jarvis Pham tried to chip the ball over his head. Chad Haney took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Parker Sherwood. Parker Sherwood dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Parker Sherwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chad Haney in the 21st minute of play. After 26 played minutes Manheim FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Osborne. Jarvis Pham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DeMarcus Schaefer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Osborne in the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Attalla's goal looked a bit too open when Jarvis Pham came free, but DeMarcus Schaefer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Attalla's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jarvis Pham 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chad Haney to strike the kick off in the second half. DeMarcus Schaefer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarvis Pham in the 57th minute of the match. If Jarvis Pham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DeMarcus Schaefer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarvis Pham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Domenic Sexton made a precise shot to the right of DeMarcus Schaefer. Attalla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Manheim FC's Parker Sherwood proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Manheim FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 79 minutes, Gustavo Herrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Attalla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Herrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chad Haney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89thth minute of the game Jarvis Pham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Attalla's DeMarcus Schaefer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Rhoades during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Domenic Sexton came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Manheim FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domenic Sexton couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Jarvis Pham had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of DeMarcus Schaefer. Attalla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarvis Pham was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Attalla's DeMarcus Schaefer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarvis Pham in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Attalla players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Manheim FC.
