Spectators: 6773 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 0) King Easley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Wally Weaver made a huge save. Wally Weaver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Alonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, King Easley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victory Lakes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but King Easley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wally Weaver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by King Easley during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gregorio Cline recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Alonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Wally Weaver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Gregorio Cline left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlantic Beach FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. King Easley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wally Weaver having to interfere. The supporters of Victory Lakes FC booed when Atlantic Beach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Winters didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wally Weaver made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when King Easley sent off a good shot on target. In a very dangerous position, a player in Victory Lakes FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Atlantic Beach FC a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mohammed Hillman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Victory Lakes FC's Stefan Lozano. 0-2. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Cline was the one to do the kick off. If Rufus Diamond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Lozano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Cline, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rufus Diamond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Tomas Alonzo made a precise shot to the right of Wally Weaver. Atlantic Beach FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Victory Lakes FC's Rhett Waddell got a free kick in the 68th minute. Milo Gabriel hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Victory Lakes FC's zone, Gregorio Cline stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Lozano came out of the goal and Gregorio Cline tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victory Lakes FC's Stefan Lozano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Cline in the 75th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Gregorio Cline ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Lozano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After 79 minutes of play, Atlantic Beach FC's Rufus Diamond made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Lozano was left in no man's land by his defense there! King Easley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wally Weaver having to interfere. Atlantic Beach FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
