CYCLONES FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reuben Pate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Glenn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stacy Parra made a kick off. Juan Glenn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reuben Pate in the 54th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shelton Lyons during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sedona AFC booed when CYCLONES FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shelton Lyons didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Reuben Pate came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the CYCLONES FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reuben Pate couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reuben Pate in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Glenn saved Sedona AFC from getting behind. Reuben Pate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Juan Glenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute of the match Romeo Vasquez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Glenn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There was no doubt that CYCLONES FC were the better team. CYCLONES FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
