In the 12th minute Anson Regan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hank Gill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Anson Regan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hank Gill was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, New York Towers's goal looked a bit too open when Anson Regan came free, but Hank Gill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Worthington in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mohammad Braswell, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mohammad Braswell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Worthington, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Anton Worthington had several of the Sporting Club Llobregat's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Mohammad Braswell as he didn't even see the shot coming. Chad Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hank Gill read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Sporting Club Llobregat's Mohammad Braswell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Worthington in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Zack Elkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to New York Towers getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Craig Clearwater hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chad Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chad Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hank Gill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, New York Towers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wendell Ziegler to maneuver through the defense. Terrance Khan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anson Regan couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute Anton Worthington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Braswell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, New York Towers's Hank Gill got control of the ball when Anson Regan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mohammad Braswell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rocky Hilton, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Jorge Byrd's late challenge caught a Sporting Club Llobregat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Byrd helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, New York Towers's Jorge Byrd got a free kick in the 79th minute. Anson Regan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Hank Gill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Anton Worthington notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sporting Club Llobregat's Mohammad Braswell. Mohammad Braswell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zack Elkins kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, New York Towers could leave the field as winners, despite Sporting Club Llobregat having more of the ball for most of the match.
