Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Boulder City AFC's Al Cordova started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Al Cordova notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cross City FC's Jesse Cody. Jesse Cody was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th match minute, Cross City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daren Ezell to maneuver through the defense. Jesse Cody took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Al Cordova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesse Cody made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Al Cordova in the 10th minute of play. Ahmed Luna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Diego Rector tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Darren Pham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cross City FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darren Pham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. D.J. Veltman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Al Cordova fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boulder City AFC's protests and gave Al Cordova a yellow card for diving instead. D.J. Veltman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Cotton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jesse Cody tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Boulder City AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Al Cordova to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Darren Pham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Rector saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boulder City AFC's Diego Rector proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Boulder City AFC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ahmed Luna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cross City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmed Luna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Rector breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darren Pham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Rector having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Cross City FC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmed Luna. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Darren Pham made the kick off in the second half. Moises Cotton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Jesse Cody made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, D.J. Veltman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cross City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but D.J. Veltman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Rector breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 56 played minutes Boulder City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hans Dudley. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Cross City FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boulder City AFC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Boulder City AFC's Rigoberto Weller got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jesse Cody. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Darren Pham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cross City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Darren Pham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Rector breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jesse Cody showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Al Cordova in the 71st minute of the match. Diego Rector showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darren Pham, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When D.J. Veltman came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Cross City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that D.J. Veltman couldn't finish the play. Cross City FC's Jesse Cody played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Al Cordova in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Boulder City AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
