Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brett Kohler made the kick off and thus started the match. If Brett Kohler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ali Thome came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Flushing fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Thome couldn't finish the play. Kris Westbrook showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Huffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Luciano Storr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Brock Mohr made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Flushing's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Brett Kohler fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kris Westbrook showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Huffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Kenny Edwards recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Brett Kohler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brock Mohr, 2-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Ellsworth South FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Flushing:s goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Charles Huffman made the kick off in the second half. Brock Mohr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brett Kohler in the 54th minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Flushing got a freekick which was hit by Wilbur Beltre. Jose Hooper kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Flushing's Wilbur Beltre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ellsworth South FC. Kris Westbrook took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Huffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ali Thome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Charles Huffman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kris Westbrook saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Thome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Westbrook having to interfere. Ellsworth South FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Charles Huffman scored to the left of an out of position Kris Westbrook, making the score, 2-3. Flushing's Ali Thome got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Ellsworth South FC got a freekick which was hit by Art Christie. Ali Thome could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Kris Westbrook made a huge save.
