After a defensive mix-up in Port Vale F.C.'s zone, Craig Akins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Sousa came out of the goal and Craig Akins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Santa Rita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joshua Salas came free, but Wade Downey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Santa Rita FC booed when Port Vale F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brady Manuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Santa Rita FC defense, Joshua Salas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wade Downey. The Santa Rita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wade Downey should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, C.J. Felix notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Santa Rita FC's Wade Downey. Wade Downey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Santa Rita FC's Gustavo Chamberlain got a free kick in the 27th minute. Wade Downey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of C.J. Felix's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute C.J. Felix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wade Downey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elvis Calderon during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Port Vale F.C.'s DeAndre Hamby got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Domenico Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Chamberlain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Wade Downey successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Gustavo Chamberlain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domenico Sousa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Chamberlain went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute Gustavo Chamberlain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domenico Sousa came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Rita FC's Gustavo Chamberlain. But to his dismay, Gustavo Chamberlain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Santa Rita FC's Tyrell Snider was substituted for Del Acero. 77 minutes into the match, Santa Rita FC's goalkeeper Wade Downey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by C.J. Felix. 78 minutes into the match, Gustavo Chamberlain notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Port Vale F.C.'s Domenico Sousa. Domenico Sousa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 81 minutes, Kermit Duff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Rita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kermit Duff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santa Rita FC's Wade Downey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Salas in the 83rd minute of play. C.J. Felix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Wade Downey made a huge save. Zachery Lincoln charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zachery Lincoln the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Santa Rita FC's Zachery Lincoln got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th match minute, Santa Rita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachery Lincoln to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Brady Manuel from long distance, 88 minutes into the match, got Wade Downey's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Santa Rita FC booed when Port Vale F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. DeAndre Hamby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Craig Akins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Domenico Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Santa Rita FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
