Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ismael Peachey took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Richard Harding's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boyd Howe was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. A collision led to Goldendale getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jaime Wolff hit a great ball. Ismael Peachey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyd Howe having to interfere. Allan Andrade came out of the goal and Perry Echols tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Dennis Matthews got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Perry Echols made a kick off. Richard Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyd Howe having to interfere. The supporters of Goldendale booed when North Amherst FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wally Brand didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Adrian Rutherford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Amherst FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goldendale the free kick. In the 60th match minute, North Amherst FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Rutherford to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Peachey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Richard Harding got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, North Amherst FC's Gregorio Eckert got a free kick in the 67th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Ismael Peachey recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boyd Howe. Ismael Peachey showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After 83 played minutes, Goldendale's Alejandro Bowers shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Allan Andrade came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Goldendale reached it. Perry Echols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Echols in the 96th minute of play. The Goldendale manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing North Amherst FC to win.
