Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ronny Handy got the match started through his kick off. In the 6thth minute of the game Alfredo Quinn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Topton's Gregg Erickson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gregg Erickson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Quinn, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A collision led to Topton getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Travis Cangiano hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Percy Riker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariah Quintana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregg Erickson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Quinn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Lundy charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Lundy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Simon Lundy kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Trent Stafford hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Zachariah Quintana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percy Riker in the 24th minute. Trent Stafford shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronny Handy during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Montesa de Lugo booed when Topton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronny Handy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregg Erickson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Quinn in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Percy Riker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Quinn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gregg Erickson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Montesa de Lugo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trent Stafford to maneuver through the defense. Montesa de Lugo's Zachariah Quintana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Montesa de Lugo from getting a goal against them. Cliff Rutledge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariah Quintana having to interfere.

The attack was good, but when Alfredo Quinn in the 54th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurice Freeman in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachariah Quintana saved Montesa de Lugo from getting behind. Alfredo Quinn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Topton's goalkeeper Gregg Erickson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Quinn. In the 62nd match minute, Montesa de Lugo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bennett Aaron to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Maurice Freeman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Topton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Zachariah Quintana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Handy in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Montesa de Lugo's goal looked a bit too open when Travis Cangiano came free, but Zachariah Quintana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Montesa de Lugo's Simon Lundy got a free kick in the 74th minute. Elliot Starks recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Montesa de Lugo's Alfredo Quinn got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montesa de Lugo's Zachariah Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurice Freeman in the 80th minute of play. Zachariah Quintana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Handy in the 81st minute of play. Zachariah Quintana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percy Riker, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Riker in the 84th minute of play forced Montesa de Lugo's goalkeeper Zachariah Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes Montesa de Lugo got a freekick which was hit by Phillip Benitez. Zachariah Quintana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurice Freeman, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Alfredo Quinn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montesa de Lugo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Quinn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Quinn got free with Gregg Erickson in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zachariah Quintana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cliff Rutledge in the 96th minute of play.
