The supporters of Miami Springs booed when Ditalent.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolph LoDuca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ditalent.F.C.'s Deng Zheng Ke suffered a sore knee after 15 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Douglas Dawkins charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Douglas Dawkins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Ditalent.F.C.. Dave Zamora stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tomas Burgess. 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, Ditalent.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Simon Pate came free, but Haimon Moraitopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miami Springs's Tomas Burgess played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damon Kenney in the 25th minute of play. After 26 minutes, Werner Blevins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miami Springs and the Ditalent.F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute, Werner Blevins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrew Bliss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tomas Burgess tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Andrew Bliss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Burgess saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Miami Springs defense, Dirk McQueen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Burgess. The Miami Springs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Burgess should have stopped the shot. Tomas Burgess came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Ditalent.F.C.'s Dirk McQueen. But to his dismay, Dirk McQueen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Pate was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Ditalent.F.C.'s Andrew Bliss nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Burgess made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. With an all-out effort, Ditalent.F.C.'s Tomas Burgess threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dirk McQueen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Ditalent.F.C.'s Dirk McQueen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Burgess. That made the score 0-6 after 60 minutes of play. In the 63rd minute, Miami Springs's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dudley Puckett fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tomas Burgess came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Ditalent.F.C.'s Andrew Bliss. But to his dismay, Andrew Bliss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Antonio Platt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Tomas Burgess made a huge save. Tomas Burgess didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrew Bliss went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Andrew Bliss took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Burgess. Tomas Burgess dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Tomas Burgess made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Andrew Bliss sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Miami Springs getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Werner Blevins hit a great ball. Tomas Burgess was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dirk McQueen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 80 minute of play. In the 85th minute, Dirk McQueen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tomas Burgess, passed just outside the right post. Tomas Burgess made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dudley Puckett in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Miami Springs defense, Dirk McQueen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Burgess. The Miami Springs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Burgess should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Miami Springs's goalkeeper Tomas Burgess had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Platt. Domenic Wade kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Tomas Burgess didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dirk McQueen went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. Ditalent.F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
