With a little luck, Sawgrass's Duane Carbajal got control of the ball when Deng Zheng Ke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duane Carbajal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deng Zheng Ke went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dudley Puckett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duane Carbajal having to interfere. Sawgrass's Duane Carbajal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Sawgrass from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Ditalent.F.C.'s Duane Carbajal threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dirk McQueen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Walter Hawley came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Sawgrass fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Hawley couldn't finish the play. Marshall Stoner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deng Zheng Ke's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Duane Carbajal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 36th minute, Deng Zheng Ke reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Duane Carbajal. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 42nd minute, Deng Zheng Ke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th match minute, Ditalent.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolph LoDuca to maneuver through the defense. Duane Carbajal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deng Zheng Ke went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deng Zheng Ke to strike the kick off in the second half. Duane Carbajal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deng Zheng Ke in the 53rd minute of play. After 58 played minutes, Ditalent.F.C.'s Wendell Young shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duane Carbajal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ditalent.F.C. reached it. Dirk McQueen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Sawgrass defense, Deng Zheng Ke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duane Carbajal. The Sawgrass fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duane Carbajal should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Dirk McQueen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ditalent.F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 68th minute, Cobi Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute Deng Zheng Ke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duane Carbajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Zamora kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Haimon Moraitopoulos made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Walter Hawley sent off a good shot on target. Marshall Stoner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Ditalent.F.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Wendell Young hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Ditalent.F.C.'s Deng Zheng Ke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Duane Carbajal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 84th match minute, Ditalent.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolph LoDuca to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Dirk McQueen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duane Carbajal was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Duane Carbajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dirk McQueen in the 94th minute of the match. Haimon Moraitopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Stoner in the 97th minute of play. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ditalent.F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Val Pool was slow to take the kick. During this time Sawgrass's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Val Pool almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ditalent.F.C.'s Haimon Moraitopoulos did a great save. Ditalent.F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sawgrass for a fine match.
