Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Heriberto Alston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Burgess having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Marshall Stoner kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomas Burgess. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Marshall Stoner dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomas Burgess, 2-0. After 16 played minutes, Miami Springs's Domenic Wade shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duane Carbajal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Miami Springs reached it. Duane Carbajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Pate in the 19th minute of the match. Tomas Burgess made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walter Hawley in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the game, Ramiro Rutherford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sawgrass's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miami Springs the free kick. The supporters of Miami Springs booed when Sawgrass was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Rutherford didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Burgess made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Walter Hawley sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Burgess was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marshall Stoner showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. Duane Carbajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Lay in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Marshall Stoner dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomas Burgess, 5-0. Tomas Burgess came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sawgrass's Walter Hawley. But to his dismay, Walter Hawley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Pate was the one to do the kick off. Sawgrass's Duane Carbajal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Sawgrass from getting a goal against them. Tomas Burgess made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heriberto Alston in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Hunter Sousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sawgrass and the Miami Springs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes Sawgrass got a freekick which was hit by Hunter Sousa. Walter Hawley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Werner Blevins kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Tomas Burgess made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heriberto Alston in the 61st minute of play. Tomas Burgess made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Stoner in the 64th minute of play. Tomas Burgess took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Hawley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Marshall Stoner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Burgess saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Walter Hawley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Burgess. Miami Springs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Walter Hawley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Marshall Stoner took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Burgess. Tomas Burgess dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Tomas Burgess showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Stoner in the 75th minute of the match. Shelby Kirkland took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Burgess. Tomas Burgess dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Stoner in the 80th minute of play forced Miami Springs's goalkeeper Tomas Burgess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Walter Hawley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Tomas Burgess was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marshall Stoner took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Burgess. Tomas Burgess dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. In the 96th minute Walter Hawley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Burgess saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Stoner in the 97th minute of play forced Miami Springs's goalkeeper Tomas Burgess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sawgrass fully deserved thier win.
