Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michael Wilkes made the kick off which started today's match. After 6 minutes, Cristobal Mosley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stowe Township and the Iberia United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Michael Wilkes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iberia United's supporters rose to their feet, but Michael Wilkes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mervin North breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stowe Township's Cristobal Mosley got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Cristobal Mosley off the ground. Cristobal Mosley hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Mervin North took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Wilkes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roosevelt Russo to make the kick off. Mervin North showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Donaldson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, Stowe Township's Zachary Santiago got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Donaldson in the 76th minute of play forced Stowe Township's goalkeeper Mervin North to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mervin North showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clinton Tobin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Roosevelt Russo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
