Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Simon Pate got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flint Corley got free with Tomas Burgess in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Burgess didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rory Bryant went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 1-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Claude Lay elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Miami Springs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Werner Blevins to maneuver through the defense. Flint Corleys short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Tomas Burgess to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 26 minutes, Werner Blevins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miami Springs and the SCU Torreense players grew even worse after the yellow card. Werner Blevins hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Miami Springs's Tomas Burgess got control of the ball when Osvaldo Burrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Lay in the 30th minute of play forced SCU Torreense's goalkeeper Claudio Engel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Burgess took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richie Carver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richie Carver's late challenge caught a Miami Springs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richie Carver helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes SCU Torreense got a freekick which was hit by Richie Carver. Simon Pate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claude Lay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Claudio Engel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Pate struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Claudio Engel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miami Springs. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rory Bryant was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Miami Springs's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Burrell came free, but Tomas Burgess reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rory Bryant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes of play, SCU Torreense's Flint Corley made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Burgess was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Simon Pate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 76 minutes into the match, SCU Torreense's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Pate came free, but Claudio Engel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match, Simon Pate tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudio Engel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tomas Burgess showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flint Corley in the 80th minute of the match. Claude Lay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Miami Springs's goal looked a bit too open when Flint Corley came free, but Tomas Burgess reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miami Springs's Tomas Burgess played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rory Bryant in the 89th minute of play. Richie Carver hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
