SCU Torreense's Claudio Engel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save SCU Torreense from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the game, Virgil Holt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudio Engel. Virgil Holt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Mervin Shipley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jason Kauffman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rory Bryant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jason Kauffman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flint Corley in the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Natchez AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Burrell came free, but Jason Kauffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natchez AFC's Jason Kauffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rory Bryant in the 20th minute of play. Mervin Shipley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Engel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. If Flint Corley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jason Kauffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flint Corley, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute Flint Corley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Kauffman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Natchez AFC's Virgil Holt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Mervin Shipley scored 3-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Engel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flint Corley during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Flint Corley hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Mervin Shipley struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Claudio Engel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Natchez AFC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rory Bryant made a kick off. Jason Kauffman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flint Corley in the 52nd minute. The supporters of SCU Torreense booed when Natchez AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Townsend didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Flint Corley notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Natchez AFC's Jason Kauffman. Jason Kauffman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jason Kauffman was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Flint Corley capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Flint Corley really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Richie Carver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Kauffman having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Virgil Holt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Claudio Engel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Claudio Engel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Holt in the 73rd minute of the match. Virgil Holt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richie Carver charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richie Carver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SCU Torreense's Richie Carver got a free kick in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Natchez AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rory Bryant came free, but Jason Kauffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Natchez AFC had won after a very even match.
