After some careless play in the Stowe Township defense, Mervin Shipley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mervin North. The Stowe Township fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mervin North should have stopped the shot. In the 80th match minute, Natchez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Bristol to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Holt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mervin North having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Napoleon Rivers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mervin North made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Mervin Shipley sent off a good shot on target.
