Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Meltics Fc's Mohammad Helms started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Michel in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theodore Carr saved Meltics Fc from getting behind. Theodore Carr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daryl Dent, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Meltics Fc's zone, Daryl Dent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theodore Carr came out of the goal and Daryl Dent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giovanni Michel scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theodore Carr, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Daryl Dent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Giovanni Michel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodore Carr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Meltics Fc got a freekick which was hit by Ronnie Cooke. 30 minutes into the match, Meltics Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Michel came free, but Theodore Carr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mohammad Helms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daryl Dent in the 43rd minute of play forced Meltics Fc's goalkeeper Theodore Carr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonso Oakley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Michel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

With a little luck, Meltics Fc's Theodore Carr got control of the ball when Alonso Oakley tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daryl Dent in the 54th minute of play forced Meltics Fc's goalkeeper Theodore Carr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamal Rector's late challenge caught a Bardstown FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jamal Rector helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Meltics Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamal Rector to maneuver through the defense. Mervin Glass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Truman Rowland in the 66th minute of play. Dana Kaiser lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bardstown FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! In the 74th minute, Ari Werner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mervin Glass was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mervin Glass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamal Rector in the 79th minute of play. Mervin Glass showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Truman Rowland in the 85th minute of the match.
