Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ken Givens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Carmona in the 6th minute of play. Garth Eason was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Thurman Cash capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thurman Cash really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 13 minutes, Rolland Pike mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Power Soccer Best Club and the Siler City HD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Rolland Pike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Lowe in the 16th minute of play. Kerry Agoos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Rolland Pikes short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Garth Eason to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Power Soccer Best Club defense, Todd Carmona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ken Givens. The Power Soccer Best Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ken Givens should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Willis Madden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siler City HD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Power Soccer Best Club the free kick. Willis Madden hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Rolland Pike left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Power Soccer Best Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 38th minute, Hans Bristol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wade Powell struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ken Givens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Siler City HD. Todd Carmona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolland Pike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Garth Eason read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kerry Agoos made the kick off in the second half. Siler City HD's Garth Eason played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerry Agoos in the 53rd minute of play. Kerry Agoos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilber Eastman in the 61st minute of play forced Siler City HD's goalkeeper Garth Eason to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Mark Griffin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Power Soccer Best Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Mark Griffin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garth Eason breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Rickey Cummings ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Garth Eason was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 71st minute, Rolland Pike made a precise shot to the right of Garth Eason. Siler City HD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. If Wilber Eastman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Kerry Agoos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Garth Eason. Siler City HD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kerry Agoos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. When Willis Madden was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. Willis Madden hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolland Pike in the 95th minute of play forced Siler City HD's goalkeeper Garth Eason to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Power Soccer Best Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Siler City HD for a fine match.
