The referee ignored LinkyBoy FC's protests and gave Willis Odell a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of LinkyBoy FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pacific Richmond AFC:s goal. Ernesto Huff had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Edip Özaltuğ's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ernesto Huff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robin Lind went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the match, Robin Lind had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernesto Huff. LinkyBoy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robin Lind was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robin Lind in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Huff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute Robin Lind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Huff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to LinkyBoy FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Tyrese Weathers hit a great ball. After 42 minutes, Sheldon Downs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LinkyBoy FC and the Pacific Richmond AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 47 minutes into the game, Robin Lind was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pacific Richmond AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LinkyBoy FC the free kick. After 47 played minutes Pacific Richmond AFC got a freekick which was hit by Robin Lind. The LinkyBoy FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pacific Richmond AFC were winning 0-5.

53 minutes into the match, LinkyBoy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Lind came free, but Ernesto Huff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shelby Larson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ernesto Huff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LinkyBoy FC's attentive Spencer Gann managed to snatch the ball when Stevie Baker made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. In the 71st minute of the match Edip Özaltuğ sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Huff skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monte Ambriz in the 76th minute of play forced Pacific Richmond AFC's goalkeeper Carlo van der Schans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Huff made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Shelby Larson sent off a good shot on target. LinkyBoy FC's Spencer Gann quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pedro Joyce, made in the 81st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shelby Larson got free with Ernesto Huff in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kirby Stafford during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Weston Rader sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, LinkyBoy FC's Willis Odell got a free kick in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Robin Lind dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ernesto Huff, 0-6. When the match was over Pacific Richmond AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LinkyBoy FC throughout the match.
