Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hayden Kitchen took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Andy Roberson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silas Sanford. Andy Roberson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Brant Palacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayden Kitchen in the 7th minute of play. L.A. Wolves F.C's Brant Palacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Hufnagel in the 8th minute of play. Andy Roberson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silas Sanford having to interfere. Melvin Benitez might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silas Sanford. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melvin Benitez ran back to his position shaking his head. If Peter Hufnagel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Peter Hufnagel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brant Palacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Meyer hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Silas Sanford stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Roberson's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, L.A. Wolves F.C's Melvin Benitez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silas Sanford. Silas Sanford yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. If Andy Roberson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brant Palacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Hufnagel in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Hufnagel in the 42nd minute of play forced L.A. Wolves F.C's goalkeeper Brant Palacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Marlon Bowling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andy Roberson to make the kick off. Tomas Meyer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brant Palacios firmly grabbed it by the left post. 58 minutes into the match, Leaders FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melvin Benitez came free, but Silas Sanford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 60 minutes, Andy Roberson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. L.A. Wolves F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andy Roberson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Edgardo Blackburn managed to get in a good position for a shot. L.A. Wolves F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Blackburn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silas Sanford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the game, L.A. Wolves F.C's Melvin Benitez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silas Sanford made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Peter Hufnagel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brant Palacios having to interfere. If Andy Roberson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the game, Tomas Meyer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leaders FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave L.A. Wolves F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Leaders FC's Tomas Meyer got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 86th match minute, Leaders FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman De La Cruz to maneuver through the defense. If Melvin Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Andy Roberson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. L.A. Wolves F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
