Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dave Higgins kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Russ Meeks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 7th minute Johnathan Peralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvis Seymour saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Dave Higgins rounded Ingram's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. When Russ Meeks fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ingram's protests and gave Russ Meeks a yellow card for diving instead.
