Vern Goode could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Mao Peng made a huge save. Nereo Loreto had several of the Palos Verdes Estates's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Thaddeus Broussard as he didn't even see the shot coming. Nereo Loreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thaddeus Broussard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nereo Loreto ran back to his position shaking his head. When Son Harvey came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Angeles norteños fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Son Harvey couldn't finish the play. Thaddeus Broussard didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Angeles norteños's Nereo Loreto shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Nereo Loreto in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thaddeus Broussard, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match was over Angeles norteños could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Palos Verdes Estates throughout the match.
