Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ferry Pass's Zack Harris started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, one of Ferry Pass:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ferry Pass. Preston Simons hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes, Ferry Pass's Craig Whitney shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lonnie Blankenship came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ferry Pass reached it. Virgil Dahlstrom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Rashad Fugate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Virgil Dahlstrom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Beck was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Colonie FC's Lonnie Blankenship played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Harris in the 23rd minute of play. Adrian Beck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sheldon Rodrigues in the 24th minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Derrick McIntosh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ferry Pass and the Colonie FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Virgil Dahlstrom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Beck was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Ferry Pass's Rashad Fugate got a free kick in the 29th minute. Adrian Beck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sheldon Rodrigues went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Virgil Dahlstrom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Adrian Beck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Colonie FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Sheldon Rodrigues made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Olaf Mojsiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Beck. Ferry Pass's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olaf Mojsiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Adrian Beck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Dahlstrom in the 61st minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Colonie FC got a freekick which was hit by Donovan Corbin. The audience was convinced that Sheldon Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Beck was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Virgil Dahlstrom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Rashad Fugate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lonnie Blankenship saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colonie FC's Lonnie Blankenship played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rashad Fugate in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Colonie FC booed when Ferry Pass was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliott Vinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Colonie FC's Virgil Dahlstrom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 89 minutes into the game, Craig Whitney was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ferry Pass's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colonie FC the free kick. 88 minutes into the game, one of Ferry Pass:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, Ferry Pass's Adrian Beck got control of the ball when Sheldon Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colonie FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
