Spectators: 8002 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jarvis Zamora took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Airmont AFC defense, Jarvis Zamora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Coates. The Airmont AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Coates should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Airmont AFC's Kraig Uster got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Airmont AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarvis Zamora came free, but Mark Coates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Jarvis Zamora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mark Coates was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Kraig Uster got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jonathan McCann. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrick Herbert in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Belmiro Palermo saved Matthorias FC from getting behind. Rodrick Herbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Belmiro Palermo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rodrick Herbert came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Airmont AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrick Herbert couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Airmont AFC's zone, Taylor Hendrix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Coates came out of the goal and Taylor Hendrix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Jarvis Zamora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matthorias FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarvis Zamora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Coates breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mark Coates didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarvis Zamora went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute Jarvis Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Coates saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Matthorias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Scot Cisneros to maneuver through the defense.

51 minutes into the game, Markus Gallardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matthorias FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Airmont AFC the free kick. Markus Gallardo hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Belmiro Palermo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrick Herbert in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Airmont AFC's Tobias Gregg got a free kick in the 55th minute. Mark Coates didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. If Rodrick Herbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 played minutes Airmont AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sid Cabrera. After 88 played minutes Matthorias FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Doyle. After having played for 89 minutes, Rodrick Herbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Airmont AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrick Herbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrick Herbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
