The Conakry FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Conakry FC's Anton Meertens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Iustin Florea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Meertens in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Gary Levine made a precise shot to the right of Iustin Florea. Kal - El's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, Kal - El's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Terra came free, but Iustin Florea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Verner Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Ortle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvio Ortle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Verner Johnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Benjamin Šeško hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonah Lockhart struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Silvio Ortle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kal - El. Vito Rosas's late challenge caught a Conakry FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vito Rosas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kal - El getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Vito Rosas hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Jefferson Terra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustin Florea. Kal - El's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jefferson Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Verner Johnssons short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Silvio Ortle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Kal - El booed when Conakry FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Meertens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Johnsson in the 38th minute of play. Geoffrey Robillard hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th match minute, Kal - El was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Rollins to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Jefferson Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustin Florea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jefferson Terra made a kick off. Silvio Ortle came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Kal - El's John Tilley. But to his dismay, John Tilley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 57th minute, Gary Levine had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Crăciun during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. George Crăciun kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Giovanni Rollins got a throw-in 63 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benjamin Šeško. In the 63rd match minute, Conakry FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Terra to maneuver through the defense. In the 65thth minute of the game Verner Johnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Conakry FC's Silvio Ortle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Johnsson in the 67th minute of play forced Conakry FC's goalkeeper Silvio Ortle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kal - El's Iustin Florea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson Terra in the 68th minute of play. Giovanni Rollins kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Iustin Florea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Meertens in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Verner Johnsson in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Ortle saved Conakry FC from getting behind. Iustin Florea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kelly Hawkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Kal - El's goalkeeper Iustin Florea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jefferson Terra. Conakry FC's Cyrus Bradley was substituted for Jefferson Terra.
